New Qrion: “Beach”
Tracks from the Sapporo electronic collection Vandcamp have been slowly appearing online, and so far they`ve all sounded like one would expect from their creators. So, when “Beach” appeared in my feed, I though I`d be in for sparse, damp creations like on her recent EP Sink. But, well, here`s a twist – she`s gone and made a bright summer shifter with a delicate vocal sample, breezy synths and BONGOS. It`s a relaxed groover, “warm” probably being the optimal word to describe it. And it`s a nice change up for her. Listen below.
