When I say Irotto+ sound like Radiohead, I don’t mean the lead singer’s voice kinda resembles Thom Yorke or they are British. This Osaka quartet genuinely emulates that band’s moody rock, with their song “The Real Thing” leading the comparison charge. The song strongly resembles “True Love Waits” and the overall production recalls the ‘head circa OK Computer. And, OK, when the lead singer shifts into a higher pitch he sounds like a certain question-mark loaded Coachella performer. Elsewhere, “Tea” builds on a more upbeat thump before exploding at the chorus. “Woe” totally lives up to its title, but in a good (and catchy!) way. Give them a listen here.
