New Hideo Nakasako: ADAM EP

His second EP of the year, Hideo Nakasako enters trippier territory on the ADAM EP. If the Phonograph collection turned more inward, ADAM builds on that feeling, but gets a tad more experimental about it all. The three songs here introduce new sounds to Nakasako’s sonic approach — “Three-Forths” filters in Indian percussion alongside house burbles — while building on the beat-oriented style he’s been playing around with for a few years now.
