Fukuoka indie-pop outfit The Hearsays have a new release on the horizon, and here’s our first taste of it. “The Blind” features hazy-day guitar work that brings to mind Real Estate – the sort of music content to crack open a Budweiser and walk around the block – but the group’s vocals make this stand out. It’s the chorus, in particular, that shines – its delivered with multiple-voice force, and adds an intensity to everything. Listen below.
