New Pleasure: “Soranowa”
Sun-soaked producer Pleasure stopped by the comments section yesterday to let us all know he’s posted a new track to his MySpace. And it’s a doozy. Clocking in at nearly 10 minutes, “Soranowa” features the same summer-night elements that have come to make up his style, but this track seems more urgent than his previous releases. Whereas prior Pleasure tracks seemed like one could just get lost in them while sipping on some tropical cocktail, “Soranowa” demands attention by always being in a state of build, every musical element of this track slowly growing as the seconds go by. It’s Pleasure’s most compelling track to date, one that kicks over the beach chair and really intends on going somewhere before fading down into nothing.
