Have A Nice Day! excel at getting the most out of just a little. Over the past couple of years, the band has created big, dare-we-say-anthemic songs using a relatively sparse set up — synths, simple beats, some guitar, maybe a sample or two if they are feeling luxurious. And they like to find a phrase or two, and say it a lot. New single “Fallin Down” isn’t just the phrase “fallin down” for just over five minutes, but it is definitely what comes through the most, all over keyboards that twinkle off for the whole run.
