She seems to work in spurts — she sorta vanished after releasing a lot of new songs about eight months ago, counting this still-incredible collaboration with Soleil Soleil. “Do It’ works because of its plinky-plonk electronics, which are just the right sound for her voice, making this a bit of a ramshackle affair.
