New Puffyshoes Video: “Backstage Pass” (But Really, Puffyshoes Are Back)

The news hook is…fuzzy rock duo Puffyshoes have a new video for their sweet song “Backstage Pass,” from 2011’s Finally The Weekend. The two members of the band look into cameras, whatever. The real reason we are writing this is because 1. Puffyshoes, who disbanded a couple years back, are back together, which is great, even if it isn’t clear what they will do just quite yet. And 2. they’ve uploaded a lot of their music to Bandcamp, and most of it is worth checking out. In particular, listen to Something Gold, which strikes the perfect balance between underground messiness and sweetness.

  • Glowing Corners: Sakasa’s Coin Bender EP

Let your body dance, and let your brain dance more,” と説明されるこの三曲入りEPからは、名古屋のHouse Of Tapesとも共通点を感じます。
